Yesterday DPPD Chief Grigg and LPPD Chief Deardorff met head to head to disburse the money from the 2022 Back the Blue Festival.
While at La Porte Police Department earlier today Chief Grigg and members of DPPD met with Chief Deardorff and LPPD staff, as well as Deer Park and La Porte Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Associations to distribute the proceeds from the 2022 Back the Blue Festival. We are again reminded of how grateful we are to have such supportive community members and organizations. We look forward to the 2023 Back the Blue Festival to be held at the Jimmy Burke Activity Center on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
