Video: LPPD is looking for a couple of 🤡’s who ripped off Beats by Dre. Not the copyrights, the headphones.

On Monday June 19, 2023, shortly after 8 PM, a theft occurred at the La Porte Rec. Center, in the 1300 block of S. Broadway St. Near the pool, just outside of the steam room, a pair of Beats by Dre wireless headphones, valued at approx. $350.00 were stolen. In the video a woman and a boy are seen where the theft occurred. It appears the boy picks up the headphones and puts them in the woman’s bag prior to the two departing the area. The La Porte Police Department is seeking assistance identifying the woman seen in the video. If you know who this person is or have any information about this case, please drop "a beat" to Sgt. Plemons at 281-842-3159 or [email protected].
