Video: Help identify yet another 🤡. La Porte Police seek the public's aid in a lawn mower theft case.
The La Porte Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male subject depicted in this video. On Sunday, July 23rd, 2023, this male subject took a lawn mower from the driveway of a residence in the 500 block of Winburn Tide Ln. The male pulls up in a light colored small truck, possibly a Chevrolet, and parks along the curb. The male is then seen walking up to the driveway, waving towards the house, and taking the lawn mower which was sitting behind the resident’s vehicle. The resident was still completing the yard work and had just stepped inside when the lawn mower was taken. The subject then walks off with the mower, loads it up in the bed of the truck, and leaves. If you recognize this male subject, his vehicle, or have any information on this case or surveillance footage, please contact the Criminal Investigations Division Secretary Amy Haire and reference case number 23-02384. You may remain anonymous when reporting on this, or any other case investigation, and you may be eligible for a cash reward through Houston Crime Stoppers if the individual is identified and charged.
