Tristan doesn't care for the loud inmates at the kennel. He's ready for your lap. Got one?
But once he was out of the noise and the commotion, he came to life.
He loved getting affection and treats and being told that he was such a good, handsome boy. He picked up all the toys and even tried to hide one, like he wanted to save it for later. He especially loved the soft, fluffy dog bed and cozied up in it right away.
It was so easy to picture him living life like that, being that happy, smiling dog in a loving home, every day.
It made it extra hard to see him go back down that hallway, especially when he got scared again and, this time, did have to be carried.
Please help get Tristan into a home full of toys and soft, fluffy beds and toys and treats. Even if you can’t foster or adopt, by sharing this post, you might help us reach someone who can.
And if you have that home for him, we’d love for you to come meet him! We are closed this Friday, but we’ll be open on Saturday. Ask for Tristan (A158927), the one-year-old Siberian Husky mix, when you get here.
