🚨 Precinct 8 Constable's Traffic Stop Leads to Crack Arrest on Fairmont 🚨
On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at approximately 12:47 AM, Precinct 8 Deputy Atluri conducted a traffic stop in the 5400 block of Fairmont Pkwy. The driver was identified as 43 year old Joseph Mikhael Ishak II. A check of Ishak’s information revealed he had an open warrant filed by Precinct 8 and was placed in custody. Upon an inventory search of the vehicle, Deputy Atluri located 80 grams of methamphetamine.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted a felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Ishak was booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center. His bond has been set at $50,000.
