🚧TOTAL ROAD CLOSURE🚧 Please see the Harris County Toll Road Authority - HCTRA information below regarding this closure. There will be a total closure of the northbound and southbound mainlanes between Crenshaw and Spencer on the East Sam Houston Tollway beginning Friday, September 17 at 10 p.m. – Monday, September 20 at 5 a.m. - The northbound Fairmont and SH-3 entrance ramps will be closed.
- The southbound Pasadena, Spencer and Fairmont entrance ramps will be closed.
- Drivers traveling northbound will be detoured to the frontage road at the Crenshaw exit ramp and may re-enter the tollway using the Spencer entrance ramp.
- Drivers traveling southbound will be detoured to the frontage road at the Spencer exit ramp and may re-enter the tollway using the Crenshaw entrance ramp.
