âž¡Will I be arrested if I voluntarily come to the courthouse? NO
âž¡What is the Pasadena Municipal Court "Warrant Amnesty Program"? It is an opportunity for defendants to voluntarily make arrangements with the court to resolve their case(s) without being arrested.
âž¡What is the time period of the program? February 28, 2022 through March 31, 2022.
âž¡What time can I come to the courthouse to resolve my case(s) or call the court? Any weekday (Monday through Friday) from 8am-4pm, or on Saturday, March 5 or March 12, from 8am-4pm.
âž¡Why should I resolve my case(s) at this time? You will not have to worry about having a warrant out for your arrest, being subject to arrest at any time, or actually being arrested and taken to jail. Also, you might be able to save some money on fees or failure to appear charges.
âž¡Will I have to pay in full? No. You can enter into a payment plan, or you might be eligible for community service.
âž¡What forms of payment does the court accept? Cash, money orders, major credit cards, and debit cards (4% processing fee on credit or debit card payments).
