This is Morty, he has to do slow-kill heartworm treatment. A 501 is needed to keep him alive. Can you help?
Morty has heart failure, due to heartworms, and will need to undergo slow-kill treatment, which we can’t provide here.
Please help us network him and share his story, so that one of our amazing rescue partners can help Morty.
We want to see this teddy bear of a guy get healthy, so that he can keep enjoying all the things he loves most, like head scratches, hugs he leans his whole body into, and lots of treats (which he loves so much that he can’t even take the time to fully sit for — he can only commit to about a half-sit before he bounces back up 😆).
He is potty trained, has done well with other dogs and is pretty much just all-around amazing.
