The Tour de Houston is riding it out with Precinct 8 and HPD keeping things clear.

The Tour de Houston is underway! Precinct 8 deputies are assisting HPD with traffic control on the route.

Please be on the lookout for cyclists on the roads, especially at intersections. If you are passing a bicyclist, move to another lane if possible and give them plenty of room. Watch for riders who may need to maneuver around obstructions, such as parked cars or road construction.

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe during this event.
