The Marine Corps is 246 years old today. 🇺🇸 🎂
On November 10, 2021, Marines across the globe will recognize and acknowledge 246 years of service to their country, the sacrifices made to defend democracy, and the Marine Corps’ enduring legacy as America’s premier fighting force. This annual tradition celebrates the establishment’s inception on November 10, 1775, by the Second Continental Congress.
Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But, the Marines don’t have that problem.
