The Eagles Instructional Team introduced Eagle Elite, a program that allows teachers to observe their peers and learn from their teaching techniques.
Check out what our teachers are doing at Pasadena High! The Instructional Team recently introduced Eagle Elite, a program that allows teachers to observe their peers and learn from their teaching techniques. Our teachers are honing their instructional skills with classroom management skills, increasing student engagement, checking for understanding, implementing small group instruction, framing the lesson, and working in the power zone.
To participate, teachers signed up for the Eagle Elite Bingo Card, which features different strategies to observe in their peer's classrooms. The bingo card also includes opportunities for presenting, participating in a school spirit day, and more. The winner can receive Eagle Elite T-Shirts and other exciting prizes, while all other bingo spots can be verified with a picture of the activity.
By observing their peers, our teachers are gaining valuable insights into how different strategies work in different classrooms. This program helps to create a culture of collaboration and sharing, where teachers can learn from each other and improve their teaching skills which will help improve student success. We are excited to see the positive impact of Eagle Elite on our school community and growing it each year!
