The City remembering the legacy of Jackie Welch, a beloved leader and champion of Pasadena.
September 17, 2023 · City of Pasadena
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jackie Welch. Jackie epitomized love for her community. Whether she was serving on Pasadena City Council or volunteering her time for numerous local organizations, we could always count on Mrs. Welch to bring her positive attitude and generous spirit.
** Statement from Mayor Jeff Wagner: "Jackie Welch always showed up with a camera in her hand, a giant smile on her face and a heart as big as Texas. We will miss her joyous energy, but are so thankful she called Pasadena home. Please join me in praying for the Welch family, including Jackie's husband and former city councilman, Mr. Bill Welch."
