The Beef Heifer Show Team from the Pasadena FFA Chapter had a fantastic trip to the Alamo City!
We are excited to share this report from the San Antonio Livestock Show! The Pasadena FFA Chapter Beef Heifer Show Team had a very successful trip to the Alamo City! Please join us in congratulating these FFA members on a job well done. Junior Dylan Garza and his Brahman Maya held their own in a super competitive class. Junior Gilberto Martinez and his Brahman heifer Fiona placed 3rd. Junior Jasmine Martinez and her Santa Gertrudis heifer Ginger placed 8th. Wave 2 of the heifer show was also a very successful trip! Sophomore Selene Diaz and her Mainetainer heifer Cayenne placed 8th. Junior Lilly Contreras and her Mainetainer Heifer Nevada did an excellent job competing in a very large class of ORB heifers. It was a long and exhausting week but a very productive one! The most important thing that these kids learned this week is that their dreams and goals are totally within reach. We are so very appreciative of all of the teachers, parents, and other community members who support our students!
