The Animal Shelter is in critical need for foster and forever families.
Do our fosters make a difference? We could answer, or we could just let Hadly's face in this picture do it for us.
When this picture was taken, Hadly had been in our shelter for well over 100 days and had just gotten in the car with her new foster family to go home. (They soon became her forever family. ❤️)
Our fosters don't just change lives; they save lives.
Our shelter is near critical capacity again, and we are in need of fosters. If you can foster an animal for us -- even for a short time -- please contact us or fill out the foster application.
We provide everything you need, and often, a short-term foster can make our animals eligible for transport, meaning that they can go to homes in the northern areas of the country, where there are often people waiting for adoptable animals.
It also helps give our cats and dogs a much-needed break from the stress of the shelter environment and gives us more insight into what they are like in a home environment, so we can help find them the best home possible.
