Day 3 at the State Games of America National Championships in Des Moines, Iowa saw 2022 PMHS grad Rachel Del Angel add three more medals to her collection. She won gold medal (national title) in the 100 LC meter Butterfly and silver medals in the 800 LC meter Freestyle and 200 LC meter Freestyle. CONGRATS to Rachel for a excellent and we wish her well on her upcoming swimming season at Ouachita Baptist University.
