Shelter’s pet update Uma (now Millie) was adopted and is now gainfully employed ❤️
🐾 Pet Update 🐾 Uma (now Millie) was adopted from us earlier this year, and her family sent us the sweetest update! ❤️
"We LOVE Milllie so much! She is the sweetest girl. She gets to go to work every day with her dad. There are two other rescue dogs there, Lucy and Hank, who are her friends.
Sometimes when dad has things to do, she gets to go with mom. She is really never left alone except maybe while mom and dad go out to dinner.
She is very nurturing and motherly. She likes to go to the feed store and look at the bunnies and the chickens and the rat rabbits. We usually do that every Sunday.
Millie is such a clown. She doesn’t really know how to lay down gently; she just plops herself down. (And her mom has been known to lovingly call her a clown when she lays down in her trademark goofy position. 😁)
She loves to be around people. She loves children, and she’s very good with our seven-month-old-grandbaby.
I’m so glad I saw her on Facebook, and we were able to get her. I am so grateful for you guys finding her and allowing us to make her our forever fur baby."
