Sam was found on the Beltway terrified, broken tail but alive. You got room for a good home?
This tiny little guy traveled a big road to get here — the Beltway, to be exact. He was found on the side of the Sam Houston Tollway, terrified and alone with a broken tail.
Luckily, a kind-hearted passerby stopped and saved him and brought him to us. Because he is so small and scared, we’ve had him in a quieter room that’s not in a public area.
But what we’ve quickly come to realize is that what he loves more than anything is attention and love from people.
When you walk away after playing with him or loving on him, he meows until you are completely out of sight, like he’s trying to call you back. 🥺
But instead of moving him to the public area of the shelter, we want to do something even better — we want to move him right into a home.
If you can help with that, please come by the Adoption Center and ask to meet Stubbs (A161397) today. Adoption fees are still $5.
