Roxie is a girl who is used to being in a home. Her hobbies are napping, snoring and cuddling, and she prefers an environment where it’s easier to do those things.

It’s what she used to.

She was a beloved pet for several years. She had her daily routine, her favorite snacks and even her favorite TV show.

Then, due to a set of tragic circumstances, she ended up with us. She seemed lost and so confused by shelter life.

Luckily, an amazing foster family was able to take her for awhile. And there, she thrived.

Now, her time with her foster has come to an end, and she’s hoping to find a new home — whether that’s with a foster or forever.

She is a calm, laidback, loving girl. She gets short bursts where she wants to play, but after a few minutes, she’s usually ready to go back to relaxing by your side.

She is house-trained and knows several commands. She has done very well with children and cats, but can be a bit selective at times about which dogs she wants to be friends with.

If you’d like to meet this big girl with an even bigger heart, come by and ask for Roxie (A146727).
