Rock was adopted from the Animal Shelter as a puppy ten years ago. Skinny and confused here we are. Sharing is caring. ❤️
He was adopted from us as a puppy…ten years ago.
Back then, he was a roly-poly little guy with big paws, floppy ears and the promise of a bright future ahead of him. Unfortunately, we don’t think he ever got that bright future.
He’s back here now, underweight and in need of a hero. He still deserves a chance to see how good life can really be, and we want that for him so badly.
He’s a calm guy, but he still perks up and goes to investigate when you squeak a toy. He leans into you when you show him love and, after a few minutes, you’ll find that he find that he sticks close by your side, trying to keep a paw on your foot or his side against your leg. He loves going for walks and looking out windows.
He seems to have a little bit of a hard time getting comfortable and settled here. It might be that the floor is too hard, or perhaps there’s just too much noise. Either way, we’d love to see him settled in to a comfy bed in a cozy house somewhere, resting comfortably.
If you can help with that — either by fostering or adopting this sweet older boy — please come by and meet him. Ask for 10 year old Rock (A083474) when you stop in.
And please share his story. ❤️
