Remember Bow with the water balloon elbows (hygromas)? My goodness what a difference in a week.
What a difference a week -- and a whole bunch of love ❤️ -- can make!
Remember Bow, the adorable guy with the inflammation we posted last week? An incredible foster took him that same day, and the update she sent us is amazing.
His hygromas (the extremely swollen/inflamed areas you could see in the pictures we originally posted, which were caused from a lifetime of laying on concrete and other hard surfaces) are already shrinking and are not as stiff as they were. Bow also had an upper respiratory infection, which has already almost completely cleared up.
He is loving life and his new foster doggie sisters. His foster mom said he was a shy boy at first, but now he runs and play like no other. She said he especially loves playing in the doggie pool and laying under the trampoline.
She and her entire family love him, and some are already predicting that he will be a foster failure. 😁
But whether this ends up being Bow's forever home or not, there is no doubt that this home -- and this family -- changed his life forever. We are so grateful to this foster, and to all of our fosters, for everything you do! ❤️
