Rape Aggression Defense training will be held by LPPD March 20th, 23rd, 27th, and 30th.
The Rape Aggression Defense System (RAD) teaches realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The program's focus is two-fold: to teach techniques to recognize and reduce risk and increase awareness in potentially dangerous situations and to provide you with hands-on defense training.
