Precinct 8 Traffic Alert: Hazmat spill at Washburn tunnel on Federal.

⚠️ TRAFFIC ALERT ⚠️ Toll road deputies are conducting traffic control for a hazmat spill at the Washburn Tunnel roundabout in the 3100 block of Federal Rd. The spill has been contained. Harris County Pollution Control and Houston Fire Department Hazmat are on scene. Expect delays and consider alternate routes.
