Precinct 8 respecting Deputy Howard today. RIP 🙏🏻
We had the honor of attending the funeral service for fallen Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy Robert "Adam" Howard earlier today. What a moving ceremony and it was clear to everyone who attended that Deputy Howard led a full life in a short amount of time. Rest easy, brother.
