Precinct 8 Deputy Risenhoover confronted what most would have thought was David Hasselhoff parked on the toll bridge. They’d be wrong. It was Juan.
On Saturday, June 10, 2023 at approximately 4:00 AM, Precinct 8 Deputy Risenhoover was dispatched to a traffic hazard on the Toll Bridge. Deputy Risenhoover located the vehicle stopped in the moving lane of traffic and made contact with the driver who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
The driver was identified as 32 year old Juan Carlos Hernandez Enriquez. Deputy Risenhoover administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined the driver was unable to operate a vehicle safely. A further investigation revealed Hernandez Enriquez’s blood alcohol content was .207 and .212. A check of his criminal record revealed prior DWI convictions.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted felony charges for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More. Hernandez Enriquez was transported to the Harris County Joint Processing Center where his bonds were set at $10,000.
