Precinct 8 hosted Intermediate Collision Investigation TCOLE course this week. Officers from surrounding agencies were taught by members of the Precinct 8 Crash Team who are trained in advanced accident reconstruction.

The Intermediate Collision Investigation course is designed to teach officers how to recreate crash scenes using high tech equipment when dispatched to accidents involving fatalities or those that result in serious injuries. Information gathered at the scene is then used to determine the sequence of events leading up to and during the crash itself.Image removed.
