PPD: Appreciates every individual that has worked tirelessly since the tornado struck.
We want to take this opportunity to thank every individual that has worked tirelessly since the tornado struck. Neighbors, strangers, utility workers, city workers, small business owners, and countless people who worked behind the scenes to start the rebuilding process for all those affected by the catastrophic event.
We also would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the restaurant owners and managers who, without hesitation, began cooking warm meals to donate to those affected by the storm and those who worked through it.
Here are two examples of those who came to our parking lot and began feeding everyone free of charge. They set up and began passing out food without asking for anything.
