PISD tax dollars getting it done installing a turf field at Pasadena High.
Your Dollars At Work! Look at the amazing progress on our new Turf Field at Pasadena High School! This project was made possible by the passing of the 2022 Bond, and we couldn't be more excited to see it come to life. With the new LED lights, we will no longer have to worry about games being called due to limited visibility. The turf field also provides numerous benefits, such as the ability to practice or play games no matter the weather, a practice area for all athletic teams during the off-season, and eliminating the need for mowing, fertilizing, aerating, seeding replacement and repair due to over-use. Not to mention the huge savings on transportation for home teams and the ability to host feeder intermediate track, football and soccer competitions at our high school. Stay tuned for more updates on the amazing improvements of our Field.
