PISD and Memorial Hermann are offering free COVID marks for 5 year old children and up.
ATTENTION PASADENA ISD FAMILIES:
PISD is pleased to partner with Memorial Hermann to offer a one-day Shot Of Hope COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, Nov. 20, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jackson Intermediate School, located at 1020 Thomas Ave.
COVID-19 vaccination will be available by appointment for Pasadena ISD faculty, staff, students (5 years of age and older) and their family members. Walk-ins will also be accepted. Memorial Hermann will administer the two-dose Pfizer vaccine during the event, as well as Pfizer booster shots to eligible individuals.
Individuals 5 years of age and older may register for an appointment at the Nov. 20 clinic by clicking here: https://secureaccess.memorialhermann.org/authenticated/COVID19Vax/COVID19CampaignRegistration/Home/SelfInvite?CampaignKey=JACKSON.
Once you have completed registration online, you will receive an email invitation from [email protected] to schedule your vaccination appointment. Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, individuals 5 through 17 years of age must have an adult accompany them to their appointment.
If you or your family members have questions about the COVID-19 vaccines – including questions about vaccination for younger children, we encourage you to visit www.MemorialHermann.org/COVID19vaccine to learn more. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to receive the #ShotOfHope from Memorial Hermann.
Together, we can help ensure our students, faculty and staff stay as healthy and protected as possible this fall.
