Pasadena Councilman Jonathan Estrada complains about planned alterations to the borders of his District E.

"Pasadena has a population of 151,905, Pasadena Community Relations Director Rex Lindberg said. Ideally, all eight of the council districts would have 18,988 residents, according to Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta."

"“I did have to give up some people, but I didn’t get to decide what area to give up,” Estrada said. “They just went after my neighborhood and home precinct and split it up.”"
