Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Supplemental Environmental Project Grant
Grant Amount: $135,663
The purpose of this grant program is to replace high emission vehicles, such as school buses, with natural gas vehicles to reduce emissions for the state. Pasadena Independent School District will use the funds to cover a portion of the purchase price of one new compressed natural gas (CNG) bus. The estimated price of the new bus is $150,300.
