October has been designated as both Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Month
October has been designated as both Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Violence Month. In support of both of these campaigns, the Pasadena Police Department will be wearing pink and/or purple throughout the entire month to show our support and raise awareness.
Also, we will be lighting up the station pink for Breast Cancer Awareness on October the 13th and purple for Domestic Violence Awareness on October the 21st. The station will remain illuminated in each color during the respective weeks in which their day of observance falls. We encourage all of you to join us by wearing purple and pink and by sharing our posts. We know that by working together, we can help raise awareness for both of these important causes. Please continue to follow our social media platforms for more information. #BreastCancerAwareness2021 #DomesticViolenceAwareness2021
