Maverick’s culinary students got to experience the backside of a busy restaurant at Tiny Champions.
Thanks again to Tiny Champions for giving our culinary students the opportunity to experience a shift as prep cooks. PMHS students paired up with a mentor chef and helped measure, slice, dice, and cook ingredients that will be used for dinner service at the restaurant.
