Man, if you are a German Shepard lover and like to herd the chickens, the Animal Shelter has Zoe for you.

November 29, 2022 · A-PASADENA NEWS, Animal Shelter, CITY

She’s a bit of a timid girl, and the shelter environment heightens that, so when you walk by and she doesn’t know you, she tries to disappear.

And sadly, she’s pretty good at it.

With so many dogs around her all vying for attention, she’s able to go unnoticed most of the time, which is why this gorgeous girl has become one of our longest-stays.

But for those who do notice, they not only see her, they see something special in her.

She is a girl that people get incredibly attached to. She just wins people’s hearts. We see it over and over again.

She’s hands-down a volunteer favorite. And her recent Doggie Date described her as “absolutely wonderful.” A local dog trainer believes in her so much that they are offering free training to whoever adopts her.

She is wonderful with other dogs; in fact, they seem to make her happier and more confident.

She loves going for walks and is potty trained. She’s calm and laidback and just likes to stay close and get love.

Zoe may think she doesn’t want to be seen, but we know what she really needs is the right someone to see her. If that’s you, come by and ask to see four-year-old Zoe (A161401).
