🚔TRAFFIC TIP TUESDAY🚔 Leaving the scene of an accident that causes damage or injuries is illegal in Texas. The criminal charge is called Fail to Stop and Give Information (FSGI) or Fail to Stop and Render Aid (FSRA) and is also known generically as a “hit and run.” If you find yourself involved in an accident, be a good Texan.
