LPPD at a charity truck pull benefitting Special Olympics.
Early today at Rice University, several La Porte Police Department police officers participated in a charity truck pull event benefitting Special Olympics. We want to give a special shout-out to officers (pictured below) Jason Ellis, Olivia Garza, Steven Macon, Rene Hernandez, Louis Norman, and Yesenia Rodriguez. They were great ambassadors to our department and they represented us well. Thank you.
Also, K9 "Choir Boy" was present but he was too busy making new friends to participate in the truck pull.
