Library's Way Back Wednesday computer edition! One word, apple 💻
It’s #WayBackWednesday computer edition!💾👩💻
Our first microcomputer service began October 1, 1982. The library installed an Apple II Plus computer, that rented out at $1 for 20 minutes! A total of 78 people showed up to the first orientation session.
Currently the library has a total of 62 public computers available for use, free with your Pasadena Library card or visitor’s pass.
The library continues to offer free computer classes at both the Central and Fairmont locations. To sign up for computer classes, please visit https://www.pasadenalibrary.org/calendar.
