Levi loves the crinkling of a bag, it’s like Silent Night, but crinkler. The Animal Shelter’s not open today but they are open Saturday 11am. Happy Veteran’s Day 🇺🇸

When he hears it, it doesn’t matter what he’s doing — he stops and follows the sound. And then, usually, he sits.

After a moment or two, he’ll start scooting a little closer until he finally gets a treat.

(And in case you’re wondering, his least favorite noise is a squeaky toy. That sound turns this big guy into a big chicken who will try to hide behind your legs and disappear.)

This gentle, calm, treat-loving sweetheart might love another sound even more than his beloved treat bag: the sound of us telling him he’s going home.

If you are the one who can make that happen for him, come by and ask to meet three-year-old Levi (A162361).
