La Porte Police Executes Search Warrant
A comprehensive investigation, led by the La Porte Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), into illegal narcotics activity at 410 W B Street culminated in the drafting and issuance of a search warrant for the residence. The Department’s multijurisdictional SWAT team executed the warrant during the early morning hours of November 19, 2021.
As a result of the search warrant execution, Detectives from the SIU confiscated more than 28 grams of cocaine, over 7 pounds of marijuana, approximately 300 tablets of ecstasy, 13 grams of mushroom capsules, 598 “Big Chief” THC cartridges, a small number of LSD stamps, and 18 packages of THC edibles. The unit also seized over $1,500 in cash. As a result of this investigation, Jeremy George and Jamale Combs were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (penalty group 1). Both subjects will be transferred to the Harris County Jail.
