Joey gives off promissing signs he likes to get baths at your house. Don't let Joey down, the pound opens at 11am.
Joey made quite a splash today! 💦 We knew this guy was handsome. We knew he was sweet. We didn’t know he was a such a swimmer!
He had the best time splashing around, taking a break from the heat and from the kennels.
Joey’s kennel is in a section of the shelter that doesn’t get as many visitors and, as a result, he’s been here awhile. So, it was really nice to see him not have a care in the world, at least for a little while.
We’d love for that happy, carefree feeling to be something he gets to experience more often…like, every day.
If you have a home with a baby pool, a sprinkler, a water hose or just lots of love, Joey would really, really love to meet you. You can come by and meet him tomorrow. Ask for Joey (A158221), the one-year-old Lab mix when you come in.
