If you heard "widespread rail in North America." What would you think? I'd like to demonstrate how we were wrong on an Armand Bayou Wildlife Wednesday post.
Wildlife Wednesday The Sora is the most abundant and widespread rail in North America. They spend most of their time in dense marshy growth or wet meadows, well hidden among the vegetation. They eat a wide range of insects, snails, beetles, and spiders; and eat a more plant-based diet during the winter months. #birds #photography #wildlife 📸: Gary Seloff
