If a dog was Tom Selleck it'd be Sam. Sam's an all around macho deflated good boy who could use your ❤️
At seven years old, he’s here in the shelter after being surrendered by his owner. He has skin issues that we are treating, but we know he won’t heal as quickly here as he would in a home.
Everything about him just makes you want to hug him, spoil him a little and show him all the love you possibly can.
He soaks it up when you do. He’s a sweet, gentle guy who knows several commands and will perform them on cue, as long as you keep his beloved treats coming steadily.
He loves to go for walks by your side and does well on a leash. He has met other dogs through the fence and acted friendly with them.
He’s just an all-around good boy who needs someone to give him a chance, a little help and a whole lot of love.
If that’s you, please come by and ask to meet seven-year-old Sam (A161176).
