Howie came into the Animal Shelter pretty rough looking. Check out his after pictures.

This guy right here is one reason why fostering is so important. Howie (A162183) came in a complete mess. He was so sweet but had a horrible skin infection. We started treating him here, but it was once he went in to foster that he became completely unrecognizable, for the better! Being able to heal in a quiet, stress-free environment is key and turned him from a balding, stinky mess into this handsome fella with gorgeous, shiny fur 😍🥰 Howie is available for adoption, so if you're interested, please complete the application and one of our Adoption Counselors will contact you to schedule an appointment to meet him. https://www.pasadenatx.gov/FormCenter/Animal-Adoption-and-Foster-Applications-10 Howie is neutered, has his rabies vaccine, and a microchip, and his adoption fee is waived through March 31st for the Bark Madness event.
