Houston Wilderness donated 500 trees to Memorial Park and got help from Troop 230 to help plant them.
A great day ☀️ to be outside and plant some trees 🌳🌳 at Memorial Park Pasadena. Thank you to Houston Wilderness for donating over 500 trees and seedlings to help beautify and add to the ecosystem services of the area. Trees planted include Red Maple, Loblolly Pine, Sweetgum, various Oaks among others. All of these trees will help improve air and water quality along with beautifying the park. Special thanks to scouts from Troop 230 who donated their time to come out and plant! 🌳
