The Houston Methodist Deer Park ECC is open 24 hours a day, offering the full services of a hospital emergency room, including onsite laboratories; X-ray, CT and ultrasound capabilities; and private treatment rooms. The center is staffed around-the-clock by board-certified emergency care physicians and experienced, highly trained nurses – capable of treating both minor and life-threatening emergencies for patients of all ages.
In addition to highly trained staff onsite, the Houston Methodist Deer Park ECC also provide seamless transition to Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital – or other Houston Methodist facilities – as necessary. The Deer Park ECC regularly receive EMS patients because they can provide immediate care and then easily transfer the patient for ongoing or follow-up care. For the most serious injuries or illnesses, they serve as an entryway to one of the best health care systems in the country. This is a tremendous benefit for the community.
