Harper big heart needs a couch to call home.
Meet Harper, another volunteer favorite. She’s a beautiful girl with a beautiful heart. The volunteers say she’s calm on her walks. She’s also good with other dogs and is one of the dogs that is used to do dog meets. She’s not a big girl, but not too small either. As Goldilocks would say, “She’s just right!"
