Goof ball Mateo is a skinny hippo pit mix self trained in happy go lucky. Make is luck change and adopt your best friend today at 9am 👍🏻
Is he a hippo? Perhaps. 😁 A ghost on the run? Occasionally. A kissing bandit? Shamelessly. 😘
He’s Mateo, our playful and sweet and loving (and clean!) guy.
Mateo is laidback but also likes to play. Most of the time, he’ll just hang out by your side, but every once in a while, he’ll want to run around, chasing after a toy. He likes to go for walks, and he’s never met a treat or chew toy he didn’t absolutely love.
He is as handsome and sweet as can be, but somehow he keeps getting overlooked.
Help us get him noticed; share his story or, even better, come by and meet him if you are interested in fostering or adopting him.
Ask to meet Mateo (A161002) when you stop in.
