Pasadena ISD is pleased to partner with Memorial Hermann to offer a one-day #ShotOfHope COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, Dec. 18, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bondy Intermediate School, located at 5101 Keith Ave.
The COVID-19 vaccinations will be available by appointment for Pasadena ISD faculty, staff, students (5 years of age and older) and their family members. Walk-ins will also be accepted. Memorial Hermann will administer the two-dose Pfizer vaccine during the event, as well as Pfizer booster shots to eligible individuals.
Individuals 5 years of age and older may register for an appointment at the Dec. 18 clinic by clicking here: https://secureaccess.memorialhermann.org/authenticated/COVID19Vax/COVID19CampaignRegistration/Home/SelfInvite?CampaignKey=BONDY. Once you have completed registration online, you will receive an email invitation from [email protected] to schedule your vaccination appointment. Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, individuals 5 through 17 years of age must have an adult accompany them to their appointment.
