For incoming 7th graders, free vaccinations are offered at the sites listed in the leaflet.
FREE Immunizations are available for incoming 7th graders at the locations in flyer.
Two additional vaccines are required for entrance into the 7th grade! An updated immunization record including a current MCV4 (Meningococcal) and Tdap booster must be provided to the school nurse in order to attend school.
A school schedule will not be provided to any student missing required vaccines, which may impact elective choices. If you need assistance obtaining vaccines or locating a clinic near you, please reach out to your school nurse.
