Five dollar adoptable Claire got hugged so much at Fill the Bus she thought she was home.

Today, Claire had the best time at Fill the Bus. This event is hosted by the City of Pasadena, Texas - Government, Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and Pasadena Independent School District to collect school supplies for Pasadena students.

Claire loaded up her backpack with school supplies to donate and headed out. She made friends with everyone she met, including Jeff Wagner, Mayor of Pasadena, and loved all of the love & affection she got. She also met a few kids and did great with them.

There were cameras, crowds, heat — and Claire stayed calm throughout. She’s a laidback girl. Afterwards, she got a sweet treat and is now napping happily.

If you’d like to be like Claire and support this awesome event, you can still donate online.

If you’d like to meet Claire (A160514), you can come by the Pasadena Adoption Center and ask to meet this five-year-old sweetheart.
