Eagles cooked up an impressive catered meal for the Pasadena School board meeting.

I’d like to congratulate our students on a very good (and yummy) successful PISD School board meeting catering event. It was a lot of prepping and excitement over this event and the kids were thrilled about producing this for the board!

Here are the items we had:

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef Served with Sautéed Mushrooms and Demi-Glace
Seared Chicken Breast served with a White Wine Lemon Butter Caper Sauce
Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes with Cheese, Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon, Green Onions, and Chives
Honey Glazed Carrots with Chopped Parsley
Grilled Asparagus Spears with Diced Tomatoes and a Balsamic Reduction
Mixed Green Salad with Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Grated Carrots and a choice of Bleu Cheese, Italian, and Ranch Dressings
Home Baked Dinner Rolls with Honey Butter
Homemade Crumb Top Apple Pie with a Dollop of Fresh Whipped Cream and a Sprig of Mint
